Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This page is maintained by Price Avionics Group LLC ("StationGuard") to describe the terms under which the StationGuard platform is provided.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using StationGuard you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
StationGuard provides an operations command center for airlines, ground handling agents, and cargo handlers, including flight reporting, ULD tracking, checklists, notifications, and related tools. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access StationGuard, for activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring your users comply with these terms. Access is granted through your organization's administrator and, where enabled, your identity provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other tenants; (c) interfere with the integrity or performance of the service; or (d) use the service to violate applicable aviation, export, privacy, or data-protection laws.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed on a subscription basis at the price stated at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your account or by contacting us.
6. Customer data
You retain all rights to the operational data you upload to StationGuard. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
7. Confidentiality and security
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same care it uses for its own. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data.
8. Third-party services
StationGuard integrates with third-party services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. StationGuard is an operational aid and does not replace certified aviation systems or regulatory compliance obligations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends and, on request, we will make customer data available for export for a reasonable period.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact
