Privacy Statement
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This page is maintained by Price Avionics Group LLC ("StationGuard") to explain how personal information is handled on the StationGuard platform.
1. Who we are
StationGuard is an airline station operations platform operated by Price Avionics Group LLC. For customer accounts, your organization is the controller of the operational data uploaded to the platform, and StationGuard acts as processor on its behalf.
2. Information we collect
We collect (a) account information such as name, work email, organization, role, and identity-provider identifiers; (b) operational data you enter, including flight reports, ULD records, checklists, notes, and attachments; (c) service telemetry such as log entries, IP address, browser type, and audit events used to secure and improve the service.
3. How we use information
Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, deliver notifications, generate reports, provide customer support, monitor security, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer operational data to train third-party AI models.
4. Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Graph
When your organization enables Microsoft sign-in, we receive basic profile information from Microsoft Entra ID (name, email, tenant, object ID). With admin consent, StationGuard uses Microsoft Graph least-privilege permissions (User.Read.All, Group.Read.All, Directory.Read.All) solely to synchronize directory data, resolve users, and match them to organizations. StationGuard does not read mailbox contents or send email on your behalf under these scopes.
5. Sharing
We share information with (a) subprocessors that host and operate the service under contractual protections; (b) other users in your organization or approved partner organizations as required to collaborate on flights; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access control, row-level security in the database, audit logging, and least-privilege administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for configuring your organization's roles and identity provider appropriately.
7. Retention
Operational data is retained for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription, plus a reasonable period for backups and legal obligations. Administrators may delete records within the product. On termination we will make data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact your organization's administrator first; you may also contact us using the details below and we will assist your organization in responding.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to authenticate users, maintain sessions, and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Changes
We may update this statement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email.
